Lumps and bumps inside arm just underneath the bicep area

I don't understand this because I thought muscles were supposed to be smooth but why do I have tons of bumps and lumps inside my arm underneath the bicep area?
They feel like some sponge you find in the ocean..

Muscles are smooth, and you shouldn’t have any bumps of lump on your biceps. This is something that you need to check up as soon as possible.
Only thing that can come to my mind now is lymph nodes. But they are usually under the armpit and little on your upper arm. How long are they there? Do they hurt when you touch them? Are they changing size? Have you notices any other inflammation on your body?
It is really strange that you have this. Unfortunately I must say that this can be cancerous as well. It is necessary for you to see a doctor and biopsy these things. Only than you can be sure what they are.

I've never noticed these things, it's got me worried a bit.
I have lumps and bumps in all of my arms and legs. I have to get massages monthly to help me. My lactic acidosis does not drain correctly so it builds up in my muscles and this is the result. You may have this going on.
