The Dr told me I hav a seed in my womb, what does that really mean?
I have no idea. A man's sperm is often referred to as 'seed', because it is the magical ingredient from which life springs - which is kind of ironic since women would generally say it is their 'ovum' (egg) which is the more important - go figure.

You do not indicate your age, or the context, or when, where, why or how (s)he said this.

If you're a young teen, and (s)he was trying to explain the facts of life, then probably they were referring to your ova (plural of ovum), from which, by impregnation by a sperm, a baby begins to grow.

If your sixteen or older, I would be astonished at him speaking to you like that, as you would by now have experienced many periods, in all probability, and be conversant with the operation of your body.

Googling the web brings up no bizarre and unknown (medical) usage that I hadn't heard of.

So basically, I cannot say. Perhaps if you give us more information: why were you seeing the doctor? What were you discussing? Are you a young teen learning about this for the first time, or a mature woman, which would suggest an entirely different context?

As things stand, I'm at a loss. Sorry.
