I am a 63 year old man and have noticed 2 hard round lumps in my right testicle. I noticed this some time ago and the dr. said it was common. However these two lumps are getting larger and causeing pain. They are almost the size of marbles now. I'm going to the Dr. in 2 weeks, could you please help.
It is very important to make a difference and tell if the bumps are arising from the testicles or the scrotum. If they are some kind of scrotal bumps and getting painful, these could be infected or inflamed sebaceous cysts or ordinary pimples.

I don’t think it is any kind of tumor as you would probably have just one lump and it probably wouldn’t get painful and yet your doctor said it was nothing serious.

If the bumps are arising from the scrotum and are red, painful and big, try applying some corticosteroid cream to east the inflammation and see if it gets better.
