Hi i am a teen that has a problem. One of my testicles has small hard lumps on it. They dont hurt to touch. They are literally ON my ball! I dont think its testicular cancer. They just appeared about a week ago. Also i have a possible urethral stricture that was caused by an unknown cause.this started a few months ago with trouble urinating. The doc thinks it may be an infection ( not a UTI cause not sexually active). Any help?
Maybe it's just epididymis enlarged due to inflammation. Anyway, any lump on testicles should be checked by doctor.
Like poster above me said it's probably just epididymis.
