Does it feel like your heart is flipping . I swear I feel like mine flips around
I feel like I'm high almost when I lay down, or am about to fall asleep. I describe it as lightheaded because I don't kno another word but I don't feel like I'm going to pass out, I just feel like I've smoked a lot of weed "which I don't smoke, if I take one hit I feel like this instantly" or took a few pain pills or drank, something, I just feel like I'm not sober. And I hate this feeling! I do know I have sleep paralysis, but this is before I am asleep, and sometimes I can slightly feel it during the day. I'm too young for all these issues I just turned 27. I looked up my symptoms and I have every single one for TOXIC MOLD except the red eye and diarrhea. I thought I have that, IDK I might. But it's almost 3am and I can't stand these feelings before bed and the fear that comes with it. My right hand has been numb for over a week. I've had spontaneous numbness thru my entire body for almost 2 years. My right lymph node in my neck under my jaw has been swollen for about a year or so now, both armpits nodes, and several in my groin. My anxiety is so bad I'm convinced I have a hodgekins lymphoma. I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease, and hoshimotos thyroiditis. I hope we find answers soon.. I'm so depressed, feeling like what kind of life is this worth living. I baggy take fearing I have something seriously wrong n I'm gonna die anymore. Recently I've been getting head pressure n headache like pain, mostly forehead behind my eyes.it gets worse certain ways I move my head. I also sometimes feel like I'm seeing spots in my vision but I tell myself that's the health anxiety playing tricks on me soon as i think that way it goes away. N really only happens when I'm in bright light looking at something shiny, ie, silver tweezers.. OH AND if it's quiet and I'm calm if I hear a loud noise like on TV it's almost like I can feel the word! And it startles me and I almost jump.. Does anyone else feel this way!!!

omg.. i kid you not.. i was reading thins and you described how i feel.. to a t!!! i wish i knew how to fix this.. i want to sleep but i cant...
I have been having the same issues. They are not panic attacks nor is it sleep apnea. I am very body aware. I have ruled out apnea and anxiety. I literally does feel like my heart is stopping along with the heavy feeling in my limbs and vibration. I also get a strange taste in my mouth for a second, it's almost like electric, along with a mild fluttering in my lower abdomin. I thought it may be my diaphragm spasming and did trigger points. That night it stopped but I have not been able to repeat that out come. Sometimes I am up for days because of it.
I am going through the same thing... Life seems hard...Its a hard think to worry about sleeping...I'm glad I'm not crazy and I can so relate to you all. God I'm praying we all get relief from this day forward. I feel disabled... I just want my life back....I'll take any answers to.....my God help us.

Did I write this... you are typing my mind.
Wow I have the bolts too. Can stay up all night. Almost a fear of sleep.
I have the same thing except mine was mild sleep apnea but I hate using my machine gonna stick with it now thank you
my mind is telling me NOOOO, but my body my body says YEAHHH
I'm 18 and I've recently started having this same issue. It all started a few days ago when I watched this documentary on sleep paralysis and became incredibly paranoid that I was going to experience it. My body started mimicking the symptoms described in the documentary (numbness, lightheadedness, a heavy sensation in my body) so I would wake myself up for fear that if I didn't I was going to have sleep paralysis. I don't really know what to do because it won't go away and I've barely slept in like four days. The only time I finally fall asleep is when I'm so exhausted that I just drift off without realizing it in the early hours of the morning. I'm terrified I've accidentally triggered a sleep disorder of some sort and I'm not going to be able to get rid of it.
the post is UnfoundEternity
You’re certainly axioois about sleeping. Perhaps its a vicious night time cycle. I have the same problem.
