This is something common with puberty both boys and girls area around the nipples grow but girla grow bigger. It is common in teenage boys and if any age older than adolescence you should contact a doctor.

I am 14 but I know a lot of ppl don't look here but this can be cause of 2 things breast cancer and breast tissue it is proble not breast cancer so don't worry if u have swelling in face tho it might be ready but other wise u have grown breast tissue it is normal for boys to grow this at pub but for men it is normal after the age of 20 I am 14 and got breast tissue I don't have to worry after a few years it will go away also don't be worried if u do got this because it's normal 62 percent of males mostly teens can get this if ur a Man U need to see a doctor and if it only hurts in 1 nipple see a doctor

My son 13 year old has autism and non verbal so it's hard to ask about this kind of thing. He has a crack in the nipple area , doesn't seem painful. His nipple isn't pointy...no puss or bleeding. Kind of little man boobs (not sure what else to call it. Is it puberty?

Hi Guest
You may want to search for information on treating pool water.
Many public and private pools now use salt to treat the water rather than using chlorine.
Hopefully you will research it and consider an apology to the other person that made the post.
