Hi I am 14 I just noticed a little marble sized ball in my scrotum I've had it for a while but I don't know what it is sometime it hurts when I'm laying down but thats it I would like to know what it is because I'm afraid it can be cancer.
Testicular cancer would be a hard, sometimes painless lump on the testicle itself. You should still get this checked by asking your parents to schedule a consultation with a pediatric urologist, as well as getting an ultrasound to verify what the mystery intrascrotal lump is (hydrocele? Varicocele? Spermatocele? Small hernia?).
