hi. im actually on both right now.i googled if its ok to mix. i see that most ppl say not too. i have realized that it is NOT good to mix both. i was a smoker before zoloft. im only on 25MG. i take one a day. im a heavy smoker. and i noticed that when i started zoloft and i smoked during the day. i noticed ill feel high from like the waist up and but my legs my body is itching to do stuff. so its like your mixing a downer and an upper. i have noticed it becomes hard to eat. i sweat way more. i more anxy. and i cant sleep. honestly if your not a heavy smoker. dont mix it. quiting smoking can be difficult going to zoloft. if you get withdrawls and your on zoloft you will probably be super energetic. but once you get used to the medicine and sober up. it will feel better.

I have been taking Zoloft for the past 7 months, and I came on this page searching for the side effects if such theyre were of zoloft with pot or zoloft with alcohol. Now about the Pot ive been smoking for 10 years and the Zoloft has just made it a better ride for me with lest anxiety and paranoia. BUT! you would know this if you were a pot user, really vivid dreams start to come back and heavy sweating when I sleep (could be related to the hardcore dreams). Then again on the other side, if I drink alcohol even if its 2 beers then I dont have the card core dreams, nore the sweating. So there is technically something related with all three substances, not particularly bad. BUT again! Alcohol has been producing heavier hangovers sometimes 2 days in a row with heavy drinking. I can only expect alcohol and zoloft would have a physical hammering of your organs. Maybe, could be, im not a dr tho.

Okay so I've been on and off using Zoloft for a couple years now? Probably 3. But I notice that whether or not I've been smoking weed a lot, if I skip a day of my Zoloft, I know. I'll usually just forget to take it because from the beginning I've been very hesitant to use drugs like setraline to ease my anxiety and anxiousness overall about life... If I smoke a bowl or two every day for a week, and then I stop the next week, I really don't feel any more or less anxious (besides the fact that I'm craving a blunt). But while taking Zoloft it's been a better experience for me if I take it daily than the times that I've began to miss days. I have social anxiety and all my life it's been a struggle. I know that when I smoke weed, I'm more open to talk to people. When I take Zoloft, idc whether we talk or not. it is different for everyone. what really bumps up the anxiety is having to worry about the people who disagree with smoking weed!

do you remember if you smoked a hybrid, indica or sativa brand? i have bad anxiety..and A.D.D. with racing thoughts.... im taking 50mg of zoloft....its helping but wondering if i should try a CBD or indica strand..... i smoked a hybrid bowl once and had a horrible anxiety experience and heart palpitations. i dont know if cbd would help me calm down more...as i am still taking zoloft and heard a cbd or indica marijuana could help....just worried being on zoloft... thank you.

I've been on Zoloft for 4 years and at fist weed is scary but after the third time you will feel a big difference.

I have tried both together but the current strains are so potent that
I have no idea if it is the Zoloft or the THC causing such a severe high.
I am referring to Green Crack Sativa and Zoloft 150 MG.....even with alcohol, it is ok

I've been on zoloft for nearly 2 years now and smoke quite often. I haven't had any noticeable side effects from mixing the two

Yeah no. I guess it's different for everyone, but I've smoked 3-4 times daily for like 3 years give or take. After starting Zoloft I can't smoke. It makes me feel so weird. Panicky, super paranoid, even more depressed and awkward, like even laughing felt weird. I wouldn't try it. But that's just me, do you.

Before I started using Zoloft, when I would smoke I would feel weighteded down & I couldn't do anything. Now smoking when I am using zoloft I get a nice body high and enjoy myself more.

I don't know if it was the mix or not, but I had a horrible experience. Disoriented, couldn't walk, even shortness of breath.

you'll be fine. ive been dabbing 5-10 times a day, up to 2 grams sometimes and im on 100mg of zoloft. to be honest, if anything i feel like i get less high from weed now. but you should be fine, ive been on it for a while now
