That's just not true. I don't care if you have a Dr. in front of your name. When I quit I'm not mind f*****g myself into insomnia, sweats, and headaches.

No you can't. Its scary, and almost seems to hurt. Like the life is being ducked right out of you. The headaches, loss of sleep, and irritability completely suck!! It can be done. With a lot of self discipline.

I am having PHYSICAL withdrawals from quitting. Insomnia is a PHYSICAL symptom. Vivid nightmares, sweats, anxiety, irritability (obviously). I'll admit it's a lot more mild than quitting other drugs, but it does have its own physical withdrawal symptoms. Stop telling people that what their experiencing isn't real, because for many people, it is. if you can quit with no problems, good for you, buddy. Honestly, most research done on weed is outdated, or done in small control groups, mainly because it's illegal almost everywhere. The first week or so can be a b***h, and I don't think you should go around discrediting people for wondering why the f**k this drug that everyone swore was not addicting is causing hell after quitting. Personal experience doesn't lie.

I was an everyday smoker for about 12 years then in the past 5 years was smoking loud everyday. I'm pretty sure your smoking loud also so try going all day w/o smoking and as the urge comes on around 5 or 6 o clock try hitting some mid. What's going is your body produces a certain amount of thc but stops once you start smoking weed and by the weed stays in your system for quite a long time w/o I still smoking it your body want start back produce until it's cleared so just hit a little bit of mid as needed to get that appetite and sleep at night and you'll be off before you know it that's how I got off so easy

"Make sure you only get seven zanex bars for every day of the week."...what the hell are you talking about...your advice could seriously hurt someone. Xanax, not zanex, is actually safe to take as someone who is currently not experiencing a panic disorder if, and only if, it is taken in extremely small doses. As in a quarter bar, or 'queeb', per week total...not seven a day, holy sh*t. If you take seven 2mg bars in a day simply to cut the weed edge, I'll come try to wake you out of your coma in a month...probably unsuccessfully.

Even as a legal medical user I have had real and severe withdrawal symptoms which is still ongoing after 10 days. I gave that healing up since It changed my mood. I feel so sorry for people like you who not only hurt themselves, but the whole society. Smoke until get the point you really deserve it.
