All us insomnia losers get no exercise?

I ride 26 miles to and from work, with an eight hour manual labour job wedged in there.
Some people suffer insomnia regardless of how exhausted they get. Everyone's bodies are different. Glad that worked for you, but please don't generalise.

I smoked weed for the first time when I was 13 and became a everyday smoker when I left high school at 17. I smoked at least a half ounce per week sometimes more. Stopped at 25 for about a year to get a job I wanted. Im now 33 and have started and stopped many times since then. I'm currently on day 2 of stopping again. I had several edibles per day and about 4 or 5 joints per day with them. The sweats are there at night every time, but it gets easier and less everyday. I've found that exercise is key! It takes away that anxiety and helps you sleep at night. Eat healthy foods it's harder when you eat c**p. The sleepless sweaty night start to fade after about day 2 and you find yourself wanting to be more social and converse with people a lot more. Trust me I've gone thru this so many times I know that the biggest thing is the actually fear of withdrawal symptoms lol trust me I'm talking from experience here. The brain is powerful and your fear can make the symptoms worse than they are. Again exercise is your natural cure of these symptoms and drink plenty water. Had that anxiety this morning. I got up and went to the gym came back and eat and now I feel great sitting here typing this. You can quit anytime its in you hands. Good luck and god bless you!

Well written I believe weed is a great natural helpful tool for us put here by god. But just like anything in life, weed, drugs, alcohol, exercise, sex, too much of anything is bad for us. And that's where most people mess up, failing to moderate, thank you for your well thought and well written post.

I get what yal are saying but I had this problem before started smoking and tbh it increased my work ethic my eating and sleeping. The only thing I've ever found was weed that helped I'm trying to quit now on my 4th day and all my symptoms I had before I started is back. I only smoked when I was done with the day and at the house relaxing I don't smoke and drive nor do I work high. I haven't been able to put anything down that would stay and i will sit laying in bed from 10 to like 3-5 in the morning before I can sleep and this is everything cut off no TV phone nothing to distract me from sleeping. Ik weed really ain't something to help this but wat am I to do when every Dr iv seen don't know why I have this problem. No I'm not depressed not stressed or anxiety now of those I have a good set mind. I'm just can't dig for the power company all day in the heat fatigued

Dude, you literally saved my life with this post. It helped so much. Thank you for the wisdom. You've motivated me to help myself! I might smoke from time to time or only on weekend but I really am trying to cut back. The nausea and loss of appetite is what kills me...

You stoners who are so blindly comitted to the legalization propaganda that weed is not addictive and does not cause withdrawal symptoms are ridiculous! If you smoke the new weed, which is several times higher in THC than in, say the 70s or 80s, you WILL have withdrawal symptoms unless you only smoke it occasionally. Count on at least 4 days of nausea, hot and cold sweats, and insomnia as minimum. Don't listen to the dopey stoners who want it legalized so bad that they will lie to you!

I will also add that I know what I'm talking about from personal experience. So-called medical marijuana is very addictive and if you use it daily you will reach a point where it ceases to be as effective and you need to take a break from it for it to return to the same level. I have tried tapering, and I have done it cold turkey all at once, and it seems to me that trying to taper just prolongs the agony. Just suck it up and get it over with!

marijuana absolutely can be physically dependable. I stopped 2 days ago and haven't been able to eat anything without throwing up, this is surely physical and not my brain making me throw up. come on, man, its cool to be an advocate of marijuana but be real about the struggles it brings as well. not exactly harmless when trying to quit. I haven't been able to get comfortable for 48 hours straight and I'm expecting a decently long road ahead of me with much of the same.

Wow dude sorry but your completely wrong there is physical withdrawal symptoms however compared to other drugs it is minor. Loss of appetite and insomnia are physical symptoms. If someone is saying there's no physical dependence their lying or haven't smoked enough for a long time to get dependent in the first place.
