This really inspired me
I have a severe problem eating without smoking .. In definitely trying this !!
Have your tonsils taken out! First two weeks were absolute HELL, but I never get those nasty stones or strep throat anymore!
Yea but being sober doesn't bring happiness either
Weed was once believed to not be physically addictive, but since the strength of the weed being sold went up through hybrids and now weed can in fact be physically addictive. It's a different drug from 30 years ago
I suspect "Dr. Danko" isn't actually a doctor.
So not true u can be addicted to the herb its not all in ur head wise u wouldnt have side effect.
If you think weed withdrawals are psychologically based you've either never been a dependent smoker or you've never tried quitting. What a load of shite.
This information helped me more than anything I have seen on the internet so far. You did not waste your time typing it. Thank you very much.
I have smoked for 15 years and was the biggest advocate for it. Believe me when i say that there is 100% physical withdrawls. I am on day 10 and i am having the following
1. Red eyes
2. Stomach cramps
3. Metalic/ cotton mouth in the morning
4. Morning dizziness
5. Irritable
6. Insomnia
7. Foggyness
I would be the first one to say there are no physical effects and would gladly toke up again if i new there were not. Anyone claiming that there are none must be casual smokers. If you smoke every day you will have physical withdraw for sure.

"Baby that's just u" and a whole lot of other people actually. All physiological effects of smoking are gone within 72 hours of your last cigarette, so anything after that is psychological. In fact, nicotine leaving your body is almost imperceptible.
Have you ever run out of cigarettes and gone into a panic, then found one/ some and felt instant relief? Even before you lit up? Just knowing you can have one? Ever been having a really good time without a cigarette and realised you usually would have had one by now but you're perfectly okay?
Horses for courses - never assume you know what someone else is going through.
And don't call them Baby!

Absolutely agree! Day 10 and I'm still getting night sweats, was only able to eat a proper meal for the first time last night and today I'm shaking like a leaf. Been stoned constantly all day every day for 30 years, even came home on my 1/2 hour lunch break from work to top up more often than not. Methinks the people who know all about thc and its withdrawals may have had a couple of tokes at uni while studying, not wasted 25 years in a stoned haze planning to quit tomorrow.
I'd been a pack-a-day smoker for 32 years and quit smoking cold turkey last year after hypnosis. Never looked back, never felt bad, NEVER, EVER thought quitting would be easy. It was. In fact it was way easier to quit cigs than pot so Baby, you've been brainwashed. Keep believing quitting smoking is hard, almost as hard as quitting heroine, 'cause we all know the people doing research have been addicted/dependent on all of them so of course they know!!! Way better than long-term chronic users who just have no clue what it's like!
For over a year! Man, that makes you an expert, and here I was, after smoking weed for 32 years thinking sh*t, whenever I quit pot I can't eat, sleep or even function properly. Thank god there are people like you to set the record straight!
