hey im 14 and i started masturbaiting around 10 or 11 years old and my period is late by a couple of days and im scared it was because of masturbaiting this has happened before but it usually came back on after a couple of months but its not normal and its hard to stop and i want my regualr cycle back i wonder if i stop will my period eventually go back to normal PLEASE HELP IM COMPLETELY DESPERATE
