Ok...so yesterday i went to the ER due to horrible pain in my right testicle. Three weeks ago i pulled my groin while squatting (weight lifting) and around the same time i started to notice pain in my left testicle during masturbation....mainly near the point of ejaculation. After checking myself i noticed an pea sized lump. Two weeks later i finally told my dad (im 15). Yesterday...i went to the ER because i was having constant..horrid pain in my right testicle. They told me i had hydroceles on both testicles and put me on hydrocodone for pain (at nights to take before bed). I told them i had pain in my left testicle but didnt mention when i had it...
Questions.
-Why does only my left testicle hurt when i masturbate and not the right? (The pain is pretty much on the lump)
-Should i stop masturbating til' they are gone?
-Any tips??

Hey david. jsut a couple questions are you sexually active at all or do you use any sex toys like fleshlighgts to masturbate with? it could be that you have some orchitis or epididimitis (an infection of the epedidymis or testicle) but i would have thought your doctor would have picked that up when he examined you. what color is your semen? have you noticed any blood, or green or brown discharge in it?

First off, Good for you for NOT being sexually acitve!!!! next. when you went to the doctor did they check you for inguinal hernias? that could be a source of pain especially if you started noticing it after squatting. I would still refrain from masturbating for a while.
Thank you :) And they said i don't have any hernia's. i will be getting a checkup tomorrow morning though so ill be sure to ask questions there. Thank you Biomajor, i appreciate the help. And maybe this refrain from masturbating will finally stop it completely.
