I hope this will help alot of people... i have been deep probing for a wile and with health and safty as my main concern i did my research. So this is what i found to be the best.
1. Make sure to clean out i use warm water... it is the safest and more natural.
2. Get a relaxing spray like "clean stream relaxing anal lube" use something small to start and get the lube just inside. and relax!
3. Get a lube called "Boy Butter" it is the best for silicone toys and easy on your insides.
4. Get a good quality toy!
5. Lube up your toy lay on your left side and take it slow and easy you may have to turn or wiggle alittle to get it past the first 4 or 5 inches but then it should be ok... you may have to pull it back out some and add more lube.
6. After you get in it slowly push in the toy untill you feel a little pressure or it hurts.. dont try and force it because it will cause damage... every other day try and go alittle futher in but give yourself time to recover.
Note: check out the site i posted above and read! It has way more info than i can post hear!! And is very good... i only use their equipment now and will never go back.
Also i do not work for them i am only offering the best info for people to have the best and safe experience deep probing... good luck i hope this has helped.
