You are not doing anything wrong. As you pass through your anus and enter your rectum you will come in contact with fecal matter coming down from your large bowel. As you inter the large bowel you should encounter bends and curves as well as feces. Most likely the "actress" or "actor" had an enema "until clear." To get deeper in your anus using an enema becomes habit forming and disrupts your bowel habits. Try a high fiber diet over time.
