Me and my girlfriend had sex with a condom on , and never took the condom off , she has been having a lot of stomach pain her breast feel heavy and sore , she has a little back pain but , she had her period before we had made love , Can anybody explain how she may be pregnant? because after we were done having intorcorse she had a bit of blood on her underwear, may i just have poped her cherry ?, and could that be why she is still sore

Yes, the blood may just be from her hymen tearing. Women can bleed after having sex and it doesn't have to just be their first time either. Pain is also normal.
There is always the chance of pregnancy but a condom properly used is about 95% effective.
