Recently, a friend of mine told me that to fight obesity and PCOD, Metformin is the best medicine. She said that it can be taken for a very long time as the side effects offered are minimal. Is this true?
Metformin is commonly used for controlling diabetes - non insulin dependent diabetes. How can this be used for fighting diabetes? Consult a doctor before consuming any medicines - you may harm yourself if medicines are taken indiscriminately.
