I'm 22 and had an abnormal PAP a few months ago (the results came back as CIN I/ Mild Dysplasia), so my doctor recommended a colposcopy. She also told me that with mild dyspalsia, there is a chance the immune system could just clear it up in a year. The results of my following colposcopy was Mild to Moderate Dysplasia. She recommends that I get a LEEP procedure done.

I'm a bit scared that this is jumping the gun a bit, and I don't want to have an unneccessary procedure done. But I also don't want this to progress to more severe dysplasia. What should I do?
I hope you went for the Leep.. I had the same exact results, mild to moderate.. I had the Leep 2 weeks ago, and i am so glad i did.. It was nothing like i thought it would be. I was freaking out bad!! I felt NO pain, i didn't even bleed.. I am hoping my pap tests clear up now, because having an abnormal pap is very scary! I hope you're okay now dear.
