Miscarriage No Bleeding, No Cramps, No Problems

I am 7 weeks pregnant...went to a regular check up today, the doctor said there was no heart beat...this is my firts experience being pregnant...Oh my God, it was the worst day of my life...I feel so broken inside. Right after, the doctor sent us to the hospital, we scheduled a D&C for tomorrow..I AM SO SCARED! It was so fast...I am still in shock!

The sack was growing, I have all the pregnancy symptoms, but the baby didn't grow....
I know this will make us stronger and this is just the beggining.....

According to my lmp i should be 8 weeks 1 day pregnant (5/12/11) but yesterday I had been experiencing horrible lower back pain, then later that day had light brown spotting. This morning the backpain was no longer there but still continued to spot. I called my doc and went in today (5/12/11) she did an u/s through the vagina and said that my baby was measuring 5 weeks 5 days and the baby had no heartbeat :'( well she has prepared me for a miscarrage. But what Im having trouble understanding is why has my bby been gone for two weeks and i have not released it from my body yet? This will be my first miscarriage and hopefully my last. I have not experienced anything yet just the spotting here and there, and I see my doctor in a week to see if maybe some kind of miricle will happen and my bby might have developed a heartbeat or to make sure everything has passed from my body if i miscarry by my next visit. So my question is if im going to miscarry when will it happen??

I am 10 weeks and half.  Went for prenatal visit and found out my baby has no heart beats.  All reports have been very encouraging but we do not know why and when the baby stopped growing and stopped having heart beats.  Doctor did mention miscarrige happen 1 out of pregnancies.  Thanks for all the postings on this website, i don't feel alone in this matter.  We have decided to surgically removal the fetus instead of waiting for another 2-3 weeks for the fetus to come out naturally.  Furthermore, doctor did mention that in some cases, the fetus will need to be surgically removed if it does not come out after certain time frame.  I hope this information help. 

hi babe, there could be nothing  wrong  at all but if i were you i would get your scan done asap. I had my 12 weeks scan today, we were so excited it is our first baby, when we got there they did the scan but unfortunatley  they couldnt pick up a heartbeat, they said i was 11 weeks but the baby was 8 weeks, had no idea at all. nothing to show anything was wrong but i hadnt had any morning sickness my boobs stopped hurting pretty much like yourself but i had no discharge or pain. like i said chances are you with have a beautiful little baby  they called mine a silent misscarrage.i have to decide now i want to do. it feels terrible though because yesteray i thought i was pregnant and today i have been told i am not, but my baby is still inside me and because i have had no signs anything is wrong i dont beleive what there telling me.

Hi,i'm about 7wks & i went to the er a few days ago because i had extremly painful cramps(no bleeding though)and a doctor told me my beta hcg levels werent high enough for them to do an ultrasound. Went to another hospital the next day,suprisingly the same doctor who told me that my levels had gone frm 629-1226 from the day before. So they did an ultrasound,no crown/rump length or yolk sac seen? But could not rule out ectopic..diagnosed me wth a pseudogestational sac and sent me home. Could this be a molar or ectopic pregnancy.? Please give me your feedback..i cant get in to see a specialist for 2wks & this is really puzzling. Thank you.

I should have been 11 weeks and two days pregnant,when i woke up and noticed blood when i wiped,well i went to the hospital and after hours of waiting ,,they did a scan and the results came back that the fetus was only 8 weeks and no heart beat,,,,this happened sat morning,now i sit here on sunday waiting for a full miscarriage or i make it to my doctors on monday to find out whats next,,,i have so many feelings going thru me right now that i cant even put into words....i want and need this all to be over and i feel for anybody that can relate to what i am currently going thru....

I went into the doctor today for a regular check up, I shoul have been 11 weeks 2 days. During the u/s they could not find a heart beat. I was shocked because I had no symptoms. I had a miscarriage my first pregnancy and I had cramping and bleeding. I am still in shock, I go for a d/c tomorrow. I have a beautiful healthy 15 month old so its possible to have a healthy pregnancy. Its very hard to go through this. Hang in there!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience 5 years ago, have you since had a healthy child? I never reply to forums like this but I really felt that I had to reply to your message. My wife and I went for our 12 week scan at the beginning of this week. It sounds like it was exactly the same situation as you had. She had no symptoms of a miscarriage but she was having all the symptoms of a healthy pregnancy. We were both extremely shocked to find out that there was no baby in there and she must have miscarried at a very early stage. We have been very upset but, like you, have received overwhelming support from our friends and family. I hadn't considered your comment about meeting the lost child in Heaven one day and I think that is such a sweet and positive way to think about it. That is the reason why I had to reply to your post and I wanted to thank you for your words. I hope you receive this message even though your post was 5 years ago. Thank you for sharing your story and hope you have been blessed with a child since your sad loss. We have just experienced a miscarriage in exactly the same circumstances - told at 12 week ultrasound that baby died at 7 and 1/2 weeks gestation. No signs of miscarriage, and I didn't even realise a problem despite having already given birth to one child. It is comforting to know we are not alone and that others have also found solace in the Lord - see Job chapter 3 for assurance the little one is in heaven.

I know you posted this years ago but I'm in the exact same situation. I have had no bleeding, cramps, backache or anything and the doctor couldn't find the heartbeat. I'm at 9 wks but I read its not uncommon for there not to be a heartbeat to hear yet. I have no idea what to do I;m going back for another ultrasound in an exact week. Could you please tell me what happened in your situation, I'm utterly lost with this being my first pregnancy. I still feel pregnant and feel that I would know.

I had 4 miscarriages and another one today. Which is a total of 5 miscarriages. In between I had a healthy preganacy and have a child. I am trying for another child but unfortunately gone through 3 miscarriages. Today my HCG level was tested and the results came back that it is reducing to 300 from 660. I am in week 6. My doctor said to stay put as I  have my period on my own instead of D & E. I have to wait till Aug 26th. In between they suggested me to take a blood work next week. I am so desperate about having this child. But I can't figure out what would be the next step for me to do. I am so confused and very emotional at this moment to decide.

Can any give me a suggestion.

Im sorry, going through same thing right now exactly same thing but GOD IS STILL GOOD!!!

Someone please tell me if I can have sex or not. I went to the ER Sunday February 8th and found out that I had miscarriage. I still have no bleeding just spotting every now and then I have no cramps and I haven't passed the products yet. It's now February 12th and I'm still waiting for the contents to pass I don't want the d & c. What should I do and can I have sex I'm in need of it.
