I didn’t get any answer on some other places, and I hope I will have more luck here. Can you tell me please what is the best nutrition for a 34 years old woman who is overweight, but otherwise healthy, and who wants to lose 30 pounds?
Since it’s the first time that you’re posting here, I wish you welcome! After my second delivery I became overweight, and since than I have tried Atkins, South beach and every other popular diet, but nothing really helped me. I talked with my friend about this, and she advised me to visit a nutritionist. I went there, she examined me and asked me lot of questions about my earlier nutrition and activities. Then she made me a list of food that I should eat in the next three weeks. I didn’t enjoy this diet at all, but it really helped me. It included mostly vegetable (many cabbage, carrots, broccoli, spinach and tomatoes), some fruits (apples, oranges, pineapple and strawberries), fish (from see) and white meat. Instead of bread I ate rise, and instead of frying, I cooked. In three weeks I lost eight pounds, and till the end of the month, I lost 13 pounds. The important thing is that I never starved! I have always eat big portions of low caloric food, and I had five meals a day.
