mouth problem with white place

im 25m.i've a white place in one side of throat and a white like place inner check where my teeth end.it is happening from 5 months ago.there is no pain of those things.i got surgery to out my tonsile about 4 years ago.i feel that something in my my throat but i cant feel anything when eat or drink (about 5 months).i have a high allergy in my blood.I am a smoker too.plz help me to figure it out.....
