Recently, I've had a really weird sensation in my upper left abdomen. It feels like one of my abs pops down underneath my rib cage. After a little bit, the lump will pop back out again. It doesn't hurt but is uncomfortable and only occurs when I bend over. Could someone please help me find out what this is?
