Multiple long lumps under skin in pubic area

I first noticed a pea size lump under the skin in my pubic area. It seems to be growing horizontally (getting longer). I now notice others all moving horizontally across my pubic area. No pain, they move when I touch them. Not sick at all. They don't bother me other the the fear of cancer. Feedback?
