You are just 11 years old, your body now is really unstable due to the fact you are hitting/ going to hit puberty; just so you know once you hit it, your body is going to burn through fat like its nothing :)
Well, unfortuantly there are no really really fast immediate weight losing home remedies, and please, do NOT resort to using weight losing pills to lose that 10 pounds; that can be really damaging for your body.
First of all, do not think about losing that few pounds that much, the more you thinkof it, the harder it gets to lose those few pounds
And again, you are only 11 years old and will be hitting or already undergoing puberty, at your age it is said that it is 3x easier to burn fat than when you are in your twenties so rest easy :)
Actually one of the contributing factors of losing weight is that you must have a regular and balanced diet; this will trick ur body into thinking that theres no need to retain the energy for later use for food comes regularly. Also when you eat, don't eat till you are full full, but only to 70% of being full. Eat slower, usually eating fast will have you taking in more than you need. Don't eat when its past 10 at night, those energy will usually end up as fat. Drink more water(preferbly cold water), as it will spice up ur metabolism thus burn more energy. But remember, do NOT force yourself to drink when you dont want to; its not going to work that way :I
As I said before, theres no need to do extreme workouts at your age, (3x easier yeee ;)) Instead, doing a bit extra each day will be enough. Ask your dad to play a simple catch game for like 30 mins in your backyard; taking a short 15min walk by walking to your local store with your mom etc etc. Simple acts like these will burn excess calories. And no, taking out the trash won't burn a lot of calories T_T
Also, take up a sport in school (Cheer leadering, volley ball etc) They really do help a lot on losing excess weight
Stay positive, get enough sleep, eat healthy and soon you will be seeing results

well i went though the same thing all you have to do is walk 15mins a day but for fast weight loss,wear a trash bag suit just get trash bags poke holes for your arms and legs out of the bags and run in place for 25 mins it will make a huge difference sweat makes you lose weight do that everyday hope you lose the weight :-D
Eat small portions every 2/3 hours, try to eat fruit and vegetables instead of sweets or chips. exercising like aerobics or anything that you might enjoy for at least 30mins everyday. Good luck!
i agree with the post above me, I was 10 years old when my doctor was a little cocerned with my weight i wasnt obesed but i was a little chubby! my doctor didnt want me to loose weight but instead stay the same weight. i know you are concerned about what you look like now but you could aim to look better in the future. she had me see a nutritionist which was very helpful, I followed the advice she gave me and diet plan and I lost weight anyway. she also told me to jump rope a certain amount of times a day. I cant remember the exact diet she gave me but it was just like eat healthy foods nothing special. i suggest you talk to your parents and your doctor and tell them you want to know how to eat better. some tips I have would be drink at least 8 glasses of water a day not at the same time though. i read somewhere not to drink water with your meal but an half an hour later. cut out butter and other condoments from your diet (i.e ketchup, maynaiose, other sauces) no fast foods at all. I remember I ate a lot of salads but with lite dressing. cut out really salty foods. excersice 2 hours a day. no soda; diet or not, juices i wouldnt drink so much of they contain a lot of sugar. if your going to lose weight i would try and find out what is the normal weight for your age and height and try to keep it constant once you get there. you also dont want to loose weight too quickly it will give you stretch marks that wont look so good. what also helps is try to walk more and less sitting around, have you ever noticed that little kids who move around a lot are thinner than kids who dont. it also helps to read labels on the amount of serving size you should have, dont have more than it says to have. try not to weigh yourself you can get either discourged that way or obsessed which could lead to anorexia, i know from experiece and i now have a lot of health issues because of it. if you are going to weigh yourself do it once a week or month and always at the same time. try to go and see a nutritionist it is very helpful
