My 14 year old daughter having sex

Very practical and sensible advice. I think it is the mind set of the parent and their expectations that are a problem here. We've got to try and get away from this primitive mind set and evolve. Keep with the times and expect a teen to have sex and that it will happen no matter how many restrictions you impose. Having sex is not a value thing or an immoral thing. Some girls will want to wait till after marriage and some will want to have sex early. So be it. Prepare the girl for the event and explain how to take precautions because it is not a matter of "if" BUT "when" it will happen. No one can anticipate when a teen will have sex BUT you can prepare the teen/girl so she can come to no harm ie pregnancy. That way you save yourself and everyone else the headache and the hassles that come with the teen's sexual experiences. Be wise and proactive NOT punitive.

This is a trash mentality. Younger and younger teens are having sex and are getting pregnant, old fashion courtship was the ideal way to meet a person. All this mentality of casual sex is destructive.
This is coming from a 27 year old brother whos a 14 year old sister has has intercourse with 10 different men. As of right now she is dead to me.

Are you serious? Maybe it is your attitude and the attitude of people like you that has driven your 14 yr old sis to desire sex.
Why is it so bad for a girl to have sex and to lose her virginity early? why? Why are guys on the other hand celebrated for losing their virginity? Such a hypocritical society. Seriously, false morals and values. Go ask your sis why she had to go out and have sex with so many guys. Go and ask her. You will find it is that restrictive attitude that drives girls to do such things. Be open and accepting of a girl's sexuality. Even girls have feelings and emotions and even young girls do enjoy physical love. I was not quite 13 myself when I lost me virginity to a much older guy who was the best thing that happened to me. So, leave your sister alone. Give her the tools to be safe. Tell her about contraception and STDs and make sure she comes to no harm. Thats what good older brothers do, not judge!!

Excellent advice. When a girl wants to have sex, she will. Nothing will stop her. Being punitive and strict never helps.

Our daughter is 14 and still bedwetting from her puberty.She has been wearing cloth diapers and rubberpants to bed every night for the last two years.She is somewhat boy crazy,but not to the extreme.Last may,she made her First Holy Communion in the class of 7 year olds and had to wear a poofy short sleeve,knee length communion dress and veil with lace anklets and white maryjane shoes.Since the little girls wear cloth diapers and rubberpants under their dresses,i put several of her bedwetting diapers on her with a pair of her white rubberpants over them and a white under shirt as her top. She looked very cute and little girlish in the outfit! After her party,the husband and i took relatives to the airport,so she was home alone. When we got home,we caught her in her room,with a boy,her communion dress was off and she was on her knees giving the boy oral sex! We sent the boy home and asked her how this happened and she told us the boy got aroused seeing her in her outfit and while they were kissing,he put his hand under her dress and felt the diaper and rubberpants and got even more aroused.She told us he unzipped her dress,pulled it off of her and got her to her knees and told her to give him oral sex as that is what girls do.We were shocked that she would something like this and now we can't trust her to be alone at home anymore!
