my right nut has been hurting off and in for three or four years. there I ls an m&m size lump underneath. it hurts like hell in the stomach and on the lump . I can barely walk. I went to have them day a sonogram a year ago. nothing. sometimes my. nut will try to go into my stomach and I have to push it back out. these two days have been wlexcrutiating as hell.

See a urologist for a proper diagnosis.
It is normal for the testicles to retract when in pain - Cremaster muscle.
It may be an infection but whatever it is, you need to find the source.
