Hi all, so here's my dilemna. My boyfriend's clueless and non chalant behavior pisses me off constantly. Today the new problem is that we did not see each other nor call each other all day. I call him at 10pm and he's watching stupid basketball so then he says he will call me back. When he does so we talk for 2 minutes and his sister calls and he takes it and hangs up with me. I am furious at this and just trying to not act emotionally if I am being overboard in the situation. We see each other like twice a week and I am falling for him because of the man he is but I definitely know he is not treating me the way i deserve to be treated. Is there anyway to make him be more considerate of me without freaking out and flipping on him?
Communitcation is key! I have and still have this problem, and I have been going out with my boyfriend for 2yrs and 6 months. Him being so clueless and non chalant escpecially. You have to confront him. There is no other way. I tried for so long to just wait it out, and I waited and waited and waited...until I was like you know what! I cannot take this anymore! I freaked out on him, which I didn't wanna do by the way. And we got mad at each other, but eventually as angry as I was at the situation. I was angry at myself, for not taking it upon myself as well to confront him in a better way. So I apologized and just simply told him, you know this is how I am, this is what you do, and this is what happens when I feel this way. So, he just told me, just trust me, let me know when you feel this way, let me know when you feel any kinda way, cause no matter what it is, even if it's about me, tell me, I wanna know. Maybe I can change and fix it for you. You gotta open your mouth cause their always willing to listen, it's just best not done over the phone cause your not in the same place face to face yah know? And guys get distracted. Their be on the phone and what to talk, but be doing something different around them where they are...like watching a basketball game. Communication not only makes you closer as a couple, but as best friends too. And it's great when your man is also your best friend above all....I hope I help a little bit, and I hope you can understand what I'm tryin to get at. Just relax. I know how it is. And us woman can get in our crazy crazy ways...=P...sometimes were just over doing it a little, but they also have to consider what means most to us at the same time. LEmme kno if I help out~Jill
