Couple of weeks ago my cat scracth my mom it was small and healing but 3 days ago he scratch the same hand badly :( her hand swollen and she cant move her hand. She got tetaunas shots and usimg 2 antibiotics for 2 days now. İts been little better but still feel responsible :(( Could she got more serious thing or die from infection? I am worried to death plz help!!

Cat scratches can be serious. If she's being treated though, and on antibiotics, she should be OK. It can take some time for her to feel better, it can take a few days for the antibiotics to really get to work.
It's not your fault. Cats can be finicky. Don't get mad at the cat either but try to find out what set him off.
