I'm 13, nearly 14 and i haven't started my periods yet.
i have been getting the white discharge for ages now, but i havent got any armpit hair.
My mum started when she was 11.
Im worried but im to embarrassed to talk to my mum about it. I've spoke to lots of my friends about it and told them how i feel, they all just say, "dont worry about it, you'll start soon & be happy you haven't started yet".
Please help me .. :(

Your friends are right, you should be happy that you haven't started it yet. And you should be able to tell your mom, cause she might be one of the only people in life you can trust with girly stuff like that, besides your friends anyway. And the fact that you don't have any armpit hair might mean that your proably gonna start puberty late hun. Do you have leg and pubic hair yet? Or just your underarms? I wouldn't worry to much about the whole thing. I didn't get my period till I was 16!!!!!!!!!! I felt lucky, but when I finally got it! ugh!!! And my grandma got hers when she was 8!!!! And my mom like yours started hers when she was 11...so, it really doesn't matter what age your parents of grandparents were when they got theres. Don't feel left out. And when you get your period, on going stress can keep it from coming on time. There has been so many scares for me when I was late, and because I kept worrying, it was late. So try not to stress out, and it'll hit you when you don't even expect it. I got mine in gym....oh boy...that was fun...not..my advice you can get it any day now, so carry pads or something for your underwear so you don't bleed on them. i have hair down below, but i cant really tell whether i have pubic leg hair, although i shave them.
But because i have been having the white discharge for ages, does this mean i will be starting soon?

i talk to my friends about anything that concerns me about periods, they always help me & make me feely better.
i'm not amazingly flat chested? i have about an inch of breasts, but they alway hurt at the moment, & im having the white discharge lots of times during the time and i carry around a sanitary bag which contains, spare underwear, pads, and tissues in my school bag just in case, and i suffer from migraines & also my hips are sore.
are there any warnings to when there guna start?

I haven't had my first period EVER, but I have ALL the signs, when should I expect it? Should I carry pads?
I'm really worried because I'm 15 and started puberty ages ago, and still haven't started my period. My mum didn't start it until she was nearly 16, but I don't even get a discharge?
What should I do?
