Hi, if you are able to pull it back easy when your soft then all you need to do is stretch the opening when your erect and you'll be fine.
Start by taking a shower/bath because water will help soften the skin and help it stretch after about 10 minutes in shower/bath stimulate your penis to erect then pull back on your foreskin to as far as you can an a little more without causing yourself any pain and hold it there for 30 seconds then repeat 10 times twice a day, you can also rub baby oil in to your foreskin and that will help to keep the skin supple and also use it as a lube when masturbating to give a different feeling.
You can also Google how to stretch a tight foreskin too and your find it gives pretty much the same answers on how to do it.

Does it restrict you pulling your foreskin back when your soft and erect, are you able to pull it back any further when soft, is it painfull if you try to pull it back any further when soft or hard and how far can you get your foreskin back?
yes it restrict .....my foreskin and penis head is connected with a skin. I cant pull any further even when I'm turned on. that skin is preventing from pulling back my foreskin completely. of course it hurts a bit if i try to pull back because there is a skin preventing . so I think it is abnormal. I think i should do surgery and cut that skin. I'm really tensed and scared. What do you think I should do? I'm 19 by the way
There are a few different solutions you can try nonmedicle an medical, first try stretching it when you take a hot bath or shower, start by letting the skin warm under the water and then while erect pull your foreskin back as far as you can to the point you just feel slight pain then hold for a couple minutes and repeat twice a day, its a long process but will sometimes work without medical assistance. Secondly there are steroid creams that you can get from the doctor and apply and that and stretching sometimes works or there is a procedure they can do under where they cut the frenulum then stitch it back together so its looser an let it heel.
In no way let a doctor tell you the only option is circumcision because its not its just an easy option on there part, when your circumcised you lose so much sensation from the glands and from the most sensitive spot either side the frenulum where it joins the glands.
Another thing I forgot to mention in the first reply is that when using condoms during intercourse what you should be doing anyway unless your with a long-term partner it shouldn't cause any pain as they should prevent the foreskin pulling back if put on correctly.

i wish i clould show you photo ,then you would understand what i am saying. my problem is not like others. there is a skin connecting my foreskin and penis(inside soft part or we call head of penis) ....its not like a cream or stretching solves the problem. and i dont think that kind of doctors can be found in my place.
