I woke up this morning and i notice that it felt like there was something in my throat like a ball towarda the back. So i took a flashlight and i notice that my glands are swollen and i have tiny bumps on my tongue. I am so scared. What could this be? I pray to god it is not cancer. I never had problems with acid but i am on bloodthinners.
Hello, Kim! I read your post, and I am pretty positive that you do not have cancer. What color are the tiny bumps on your tongue? Are you referring to your lymph nodes or the tonsils? If you have swollen glands, you may have a virus of some sort. However, if there are white patches on your tonsils, that may indicate that you have strep throat. It is good that we can rule out acid reflux since that is a common thing when it comes to sore throats. Are you having any other symptoms like a fever or fatigue? Is there any other people that have experienced tiny bumps on the tongue accompanied by swollen glands?
