I had good results with the non-surgical Ultroid procedure for my prolapsed, bleeding hems. They treated one at a time, each one month apart, for a total of 4 treatments. I had varying degrees of soreness for a few days afterward, but no pain with a bm. This was a year ago, and so far so good. It may be helpful to research and talk to a Dr. in your area that does it.
It does not work for me. After few month, the hemorrhoids coming back. Still pain and bleeding.

My case is 1 internal which so far has fallen off already and a fissure that is level 1. However, im worried that the best the doctors can do to my case is just give me relief and the fissure will always come back and worst not heal at all. I feel pessimistic today because after some days of relief, here again is this fissure coming back. I'm on my first day of treatment with NATCM, I can already see a huge improvement with my stage 3 internal hemorrhoid. The swelling and bleeding is minimal. :) I have faith for it to be cured. However, their treatment is extremely pricy! You are looking at at least 2000$ for the treatment up to maybe 5000 depending on severity.

Hemorrhoid operations are barbaric. It is amazing that the Chinese procedure is not more widely known. They also have an office in San Francisco. Good Luck!

I live in Vancouver, and there is another NATCM clinic here that I am curious about. I don't have hemmies, but I do have a chronic fissure and the regular western docs aren't much help.
I am going to practice self dilation, but would like to know if anyone here actually had their fissure heal with the help of the NATCM docs.
People have written that it is helping, but not that it cured. I like to think that they don't follow up their posts because they are too busy living a 'normal' fissure free life. But it would be truly lovely to have someone confirm that they were indeed healed of their anal fissure by the NATCM people.
If I do go to the clinic here, I will remember to post about it here.
