My husband has had swollen glands in the groin off and on since April 23rd. At first they were not painful but now they are. I asked him questions to try to figure out what is wrong with him. He said he has never seen any type of discharge, it does not hurt to have sex and he does not notice any pain when urinating. What do you think?
Swollen glands (lymph nodes) are mostly indexes for some infection or inflammation in that part of body. It is body defense reaction and a sign that something is not working properly. Some foot infections can cause swollen glands in the groin. Also swollen groin lymph nodes are one of common symptoms for STDs, therefore my suggestion is let him see the doctor as soon as possible.
