Okay so I went to an indoor trampoline park and landed on my leg wrong and injured it about 1 month ago. After doing some research, I thought that I had either torn my ACL or PCL. For the first 4 days I had to wrap it other wise it would wobble and be even more painful but after that it got better enough for me to walk on it.

As of right now the range of motion is limited to a brisk walk. I cannot run and any type of unstable ground makes it throb. If I step on my foot wrong I literally have to sit down and elevate it in a certain position in order for the pain to go away.

Whenever I want to run, I get this shooting pain from the bottom of my knee where my ACL attaches or sometimes it is in the back of my knee where my PCL attaches. Most of the pain is in the front bottom portion of my knee.

Can anyone tell me anymore information before I go into the doctor for an MRI or something? I really really do not want to do that because I cannot afford it :/
