I've had it up to my neck with kids screaming the hell out o' their lungs and pissin' others off with their damn voices. Today, I heard a friggin' brat scream in church where it should never be allowed. On that same day, I also heard another brat scream in the store that's named Target.

Sadly, I blast the fans and tv, close my windows and I can STILL hear the shreiking and screeching coming from the neighbor kids. It causes me migraines and my dogs to get auer anxious pacing, panting, and barking which makes my migraine worse. The new neighbors need to start controlling their kids or a few of the other neighbors have said they are going to call the law and complain. I might be next on board that ship.

Report them to the HOA. They will help you with this. I am having the same problem with neighbors kids screaming their freaking lungs out in front of my window. I have told her 3 times to stop the screaming. Once in a while she tells them to stop screaming so she's trying but I am up her ass and will come down to blows if I have to. She has 5 dogs she has trained not to bark but she can't train the damn brats?.She has ruined the quality of life in my area after moving in 2 yrs ago. I am constantly up her ass. We have a right to live in peace and quiet in our homes. Parents can teach their kids not to scream. This is the reason why I can't stand kids. I hate them.
