I like next door to a family who have three children for two years we have tolerated screaming from the kids, screaming and swearing from the parents, DIY , Fixing cars outside on the driveway , banging as the kids run up and down the house . Having visitors late in the evening and standing on the drive with the car running chatting . Now its music . The dog is chucked into the garden and barks all day. One summer evening we were watching a movie in the bedroom with the windows open . We fell asleep and we woke at 2 am and the tv was still playing . They complained to our landlord . We now shut the windows when the TV is on and have fans running in the summer . Now we are trying to work from home and I have the TV on so I'm not working in an empty room . The music was so loud i could hear it over the TV . We have told our landlord we are thinking of leaving . They have asked not to and they will speak to their landlord and see if he will pay half for soundproofing . I approached her about the music and asked if she could turn it down a bit as we are not well and trying to sleep she said not my problem , and go away and the door was shut in my face. I have now charged up my speaker and am playing Miley Cyrus FU through the walls and this will be done up till 10.59pm . Hope the children dont like sleep

What's unfortunate and closed minded about your "racial" comment is thinking rap music is only heard by one race. It's the most popular type of music for young people regardless of race. And loud rock music or loud classical music WOULD also be annoying if you are trying to go to sleep because the key word is "loud" not the genre of music.

Its funny how everyone can tell you just disipline them. And of course it must be drugs or poor related. This is REDICULUS. My kids scream over and over BECAUSE of disipline. If I didnt tell them no no no no no all day they would probably never scream. Anything i say no to and tell them to not do they go off. I have tried everything. And if you all want to sit and criticize and complain but not one of you bother to go to the mother and say are you ok can we help you in some way? I haven't slept in three years and I spend all day telling them not to do these various things they keep thinking of new that they are not supposed to do. And then they fight their slee EVERY TIME. no matter what i try and anyone who thinks they can do better i dare you to spend just 24 hours trying to get them to be perfectly disciplined and quiet all fay. On top of that you do no know what issues these people.may deal with. Autism for example can cause a child to be EXTREMELY loud and hard to control. Try a little compassion instead of criticism. Or maybe move to a child free area or a planet where you can reproduce asexually.

Honestly, why the hell would you tell us to move to a planet where we can reproduce asexually? FYI, that place doesn't exist. I mean, how delusional can you get?

And for the record, reproduction's for losers as is usin' the word "autism". So let child haters express their hatred all they want! It's their right to do so.

i can sympathise with you got annoying brats at my apartment complained several times nothing can do but do not have to deal id**t parents when working retail let run amok in store get in way then come home to them screaming all night but hey that kids never know when shut up. Do not mind ones well mannered know not to very few since most parents lack ability be good parent ie its bad to discipline kids. Sheesh society going to hell lol.
