Couldn't agree more, I complained that to the building manager and guess what? They tell me that the hallway isn't a public area and instead, it's those f*****g children's home, that's why they have rights to scream all the time in the hallway! I bought this f*****g apartment and I have my right to enjoy a peaceful time without the f*****g screaming! People are really crazy these time now, they don't teach their kids the right thing, and thought that all the people should love their children because why not? An adorable children! But hope all the MOMS AND DADS understand one thing, that is your barry children is f*****g toxic to other people and we don't have responsibly to love the thing made by a sex mistake!

You are the problem you just admitted how you let your kids do what they want to do as long as you feel necessary and they’re not hurting themselves so inconsiderate just like the people everyone has been complaining about letting their kids do it ever knowing you yourself said, it’s a lion can be stressful hearing the kids and you think someone who doesn’t have kids who made it so they don’t have to deal with these type of things that come with kids wants to hear yours because you don’t see an issue and they’re not causing any harm but they are for surely disturbing someone’s peace on top of that. They’re only gonna be a child for so long and you’re setting your child up for failure. This world is harsh, and they’re not gonna be able to emotional expression themselves. But that’s where you have conversations with your child not let them scream. How about you turn that screaming into communication

Screaming and sobbing hysterically, all day long for a child -.for anyone- will weaken their immune system, drastically. It takes a huge toll on the lungs and internal organs. This is not 'normal'. The parents, caregivers, whomever they are do not want to face the issue. A 'problem' child is the child who is mirroring their parents' behavior in a deep psychological manner. Any deeply buried psychological problem may be hidden from the rest of humanity, but not the child who is the unfortunate receiver of the family's skeletons-in the- closet. My neighbors have a child who I'm worried for because he sobs ALL day and night. It's a very treacherous world for kids, currently.

I'm having the same problem as well with some new neighbors and I also have kids. When my kids were young I did not allow them to go in my backyard and scream at the top of their lungs. During the summer it is all day long during fall and winter it's only on the weekends and after they get home from school. But it's absolutely ridiculous. It starts at 7:00 in the morning on the weekends and doesn't stop all day long. As I'm typing this my blood pressure is rising because they're outside screaming. Absolutely the most rudest neighbors I've ever had and I've lived in this house for my entire life.

I am sorry but I absolutely disagree!!! My Dad was a single parent to six of us kids, each of us understood that unless we were bleeding, on fire, or being assaulted there is no reason to be screaming. We all acted accordingly. Nether of my two children nor any of my nieces and nephews screamed just to do it, not even when throwing temper tantrums. So yes I definitely find it to be a matter of parenting tactics.
