I have the same problem I am 14 years old and when I press my nipples it hurts very bad it feels like there's something pointy under and I was at school and when I leaned over on my desk it hurt very bad when my nipples touched the edge of the desk and it maded me like flinch it hurt so bad I made a weird reaction I am 5'9 and weigh 150 pounds wish to find out what is it before I tell my parents

same thing here, im 31, im 128 lbs usually for past 18 years, after my second kid i have gained 8 lbs. about 2 years ago same thing my right nipple has hurt to touch or push on. Asked the doctor and he said it was probably trauma from a tittie twister a while back. Well its now the second time and no damage or trauma has been to the area. It took almost a year for it to get better. Now its back. So again im stuck and not sure whats causing it. Most i have found on the net is hormones. About the same time i also noticed i was breaking out more than normal. My sleep habits, rest, food, work stress, alcohol consumption has really be out of whack lately and may contribute to this. Im seriously doubting its any type of infection at all. I have no chest pains and ride a road bike @ 20-40 miles twice a week. Not sure what it is but its a very sharp pain to the touch.

Well, It started yesterday for me, the pain under the nipple, and this morning I woke up and I feel a small pea sized mass that was not there last night. I am hoping that it is a pimple/ingrown hair situation, but visually the nipple has not changed other than now (24hrs later) the small mass is barely visible at the angle I see it from. ( Also, I am healthy, 30yr old male ) dont smoke. drink "semi" often.
If somebody could tell me scientificly what it could be, that would be great. if it is somthing I ingested, I would like to know how that works as showing up as this problem.

I did drink a LOT this weekend, and I never drink that much. Maybe that has somthin to do with it. I really do not know.

Guys im 15 and im average weighted i HAD the same problem just yesterday but when i put alot of pressure on my nipple with the pea sized ball in it i woek up next morning and pushed my nipple and there was nothing hardly there and it hurts less! So just put loads of pressure on it Take the pain and this trouble should be over!

Hi i am 13 and i have the same problem. I feel a small bump on my nipple and it hurts when any force is pushed on it. I have been researching everything about this and everyone says it might me a pimple or a cyst.

Im an 18 year old male & i also have the same problem, i workout a lot, & i am in shape tough. Ive had it for about 6 months now, & it hasnt gotten any better or worse. The reason most likely is an increase in estrogen, or a build up of lactic acid around your nipple. If any of you have taken any supplements with the last year, thats most likely the reason.

i'm a 36 year old male and i have the same problem, i'm 6'3" 220 lbs. i do marathons and triathlons i feel as if i am in good shape.

ive heard but idk how true this is but when nipples hurt on guys it means that its just puperity...but idk what it means for people of older age....maybe late bloomers?

im 16 year old male, same problem. at first was right nipple now both, it hurts like crazy, most people i spoke to about it said its like what you have when you grow. Im ridiculously fit as i train 5 times a week with soccer and still go to the gym 2 times a week, its been months and i havent noticed any changes in my nipples stopped hurting. It is moderatly painful, so if anyone can confirm when this may begin to go away that would be great. Mates have had it some haven't, but they said it lasted for 4 months.

For anyone under the age of 21 feeling these symptoms its more than likely just your body going through development stages. I, along with most people I know have gone through it once (mostly around the puberty stages). The reason why I am doing research on it now is because just a few weeks ago I started to experience the same symptoms and at the age of 26, I'm more worried that it could be something worse (ie cancer).
I just recently started weight training with a good amount of cardio and as someone posted earlier I have been taking a couple of dietary supplements. So from an optimistic stand point I've come to the conclusion that with the increase in testosterone and muscle mass my body is going through the changes in which I've experienced once before.
Hopefully the sensitivity of sharp pains whenever touched doesn't last for such a prolonged amount of time. If I have any new experience I'll be sure to post and I hope others will to.
