My Nipples Hurt When I Press Them.... WHY??

Hi, I have the same problem - just recently. Since you posted a while back, did you manage to get rid of it and how did you get rid of it?

I am 14 years old male about 5'3 and noticed a lump and soreness in my nipple when I pressed down. I am in good condition and have had it for about a year and I noticed it after my friend gave me a really hard titty twister. Should I worry and what is this. Also sometimes when I'm cold it doesn't get hard.

I'm 14, both of my nipples hurt when they are touched or pressed on. I dont know what to do.

 

im 31 in ok condition and have the exact problem. both of my nipples are painful to touch. My wife is a nurse and she said that when it happens to women its normally a hormone change and that it might be the same for us

its a hormone change,natural lactation your nipples actually fill with water, might be painful but if you squeeze them water will actually come out relieving the pain.

well for the younger guys I had this & the doc told me that is a change in testosteron & for the older guys are you taking any supplements? That could be the problem because this is what happen to me. After stoppin it took about a week & the pain went away.

I have the same proplem. Im 11 years old 80 lb... in 3rd grade, i leaned over the desk and thats when it started. now it whenever its touched. when my dogs are playin with me, anything to the touch or pressure. it hurts really bad!!

Most of you guess are experiencing higher estrogen levels due to weight gain(more fart elevates estrogen) or hitting puberty which causes higher testosterone levels but also elevates estrogen by testosterone conversion

I have a similar problem. I feel pain in my right nipple whenever I touch it. It started about 3 months ago when I noticed slight pain every time I accidentally touched the right nipple. Now it's been 3 months but the pain is still there! The left nipple is totally fine, just the right one. 

I'm a 28 year old male, overweight at 5'7 height and 270lb weight, but I've been overweight for the last couple of years and my right nipple didn't hurt until recently. I've also had a sedentary lifestyle and ate a lot of fast and junk foods. I'm trying to lose some weight now and eat healthy...maybe that is going to cure the pain.

I don't really feel any lump in the breast. The right nipple does feel more tender and as if there is some liquid below it. Sometime the pain disappears after I message it for a while, and sometimes the pain disappears on its own just to come back later. Right behind the right nipple there is a tiny nodule or something but it's really small, so I'm not sure if it's a lump or just the normal part of nipple tissue. It does hurt when I touch it.

I sleep on my belly a lot (and on the right nipple) at night and considering I'm pretty heavy I was thinking maybe that's what's causing it. But then the left nipple doesn't hurt at all, so I'm not sure.

I have the same problem. I am 14 very athletic, healthy, strong, I have a 6 pack and am a landscaper. my nipples are always hard and look puffy. it hurts like hell when I push on them. I don't know What to do

Try to squeez around the hurting area. I had this happen to me and some liquid came out and the thing under my skin went away as more and more clear type liquid came out

im 15 and everytime something hits my left nipple, i feel pain. However, if i hit my right nipple, i fell nothing. Oh and im healthy, i'm about 5'8 and i weigh 116
