Please notice that it is due to cold around you. I have this problem since childhood that cold weather triggers peeing. When I will take shower it triggers right away. My office is nice and warm but when I go to bathroom just to wash hands, because it is cold in bathroom, peeing get triggered and I got to go. Things were fine till I was 55. But after that every winter I can't sleep properly due this penis head sensation. As soon as little cold hit my body from anyside, I wake up. My prostate, etc. is fine. Doctor couldn't find any problem after all kind of testing. I heat my room over 70F now and that does help. I have not tried Detrol-A yet. I think that will help.
Ive had this alot of the years, even right now. Mostly after sex or masturbation. I have showered, relaxed my abs as much as I could and focused on just relaxing everything abs down. Shake, dont clench, when it comes out. Get all of that stuff out, but dont squeeze like its a tooth paste tube.
Hydrate. Make sure if you sit down, stand up and double check your emptied out entirely (sitting sometimes can clench the tubing and let less out).
I wouldn't recommend pleasing yourslf again, as was said before I believe, as it can lead to further blockage and discomfort (have tried that before too).
Your problem seems to be prostate issue. My problem was overactive bladder.
I have the same problem. Feels like something is almost inside of my tip, and I'm a virgin as well and 19 years of age, so the chances of having an STD are 0 unless I mysteriously am different.
I went to the doctors in Novemeber to make sure I didn't have a UTI. I didn't, as my pee samples were perfectly fine. I had experienced pain in the pelvic area, but that's gone now.
I'm wondering, I always strained when I was little because I thought it was fine, and honestly never really mentioned or learned about this until I was like 17. It did help honestly when I took this approach.
I took one valium tablet. That stopped all the symptoms. The problem went away. One week later it came back. I think this problem is stress related.
My doctor told me today these symptoms are probably an infection or a glauestone. I told him I have already had a urine test that was negative. The doctor said sometimes the urine test does not pick up an infection. If the antibiotics do not work then I will need a scan for a glauestone which will need surgically removing. He told me this was a simple operation.
