my penis is only 1 inch flaccid, also I can't pull back my foreskin

Mate I'm grown and since the locker rooms after swimming have been laughed at and I had a little under 1in with the cold water but it can't get much smaller and now adult I drift from 1to 3.1/2 soft but I grow more then most men to 6 : just under 7hard where big penis guys when soft mostly don't get much bigger. Don't fret you won't be the biggest penis in the room but avg and I've done fine avg. As for not being able to pull your foreskin back how do u clean it ,does it hurt and either way get it seen to buy a Dr its called medically an elongated foreskin which means u have a extra long foreskin, but definitely go get a Dr s help so it pulls back, for cleanliness and health first but sexual acts like sex actually jerking off is still fine ,am I right but anything else difficulties and age and the larger your erecstion's become it will become painful. It will probably always even hard have enough skin to still cover your head but It at least pull back even with the head I can personally at 6 erect pull it back over 2.5 in back over the head.
Try pulling back further each time u wash or ?? It will reach the head and once there go back as far as your size and stretching can go . hope that helps .Google elongated foreskin's picture s and explanations compare then .go from there but as for your size soft its the same as mine at 13 1/2 and still at times is but forget soft its only for a pee. erect that's what counts ill be honest unless u have a major growth spurt . it if u follow my personal growth pattern and I even at 13 and a half had 5 and a bit inch erecstion's. And u r the only person I've ever spoke to met that had a 1 in soft. So you will always have a small soft but a grower i bet . good luck.
