hi, my last period was dec 26th. i have still yet to get one. i have had cramping very tired sore hard red nipples feeling like im going to get sick but i dont and im completely lost. my periods were on time and no problems. i have been with my boyfriend for a long time so i do not use protection or birth control i stopped taking it about a year and half ago it made me really sick can any one help me i think i could be pregnant but i did not have any implantation bleeding so i dont know if it always happins or not

I think you should do a pregnancy test to be absolutely sure if you are pregnant or not. It should be at its most accurate now because your period was supposed to come 10 days ago. It’s better to do the test than it is to rely on signs like implantation bleeding because the reality is that just a small number of women experience implantation bleeding. For the ones that do, there are some clear signs that its implantation bleeding and not some other sort of spotting. Implantation bleeding happens exactly at the time your period was supposed to come and it lasts only few hours. But as I said, it does not happen to every woman who gets pregnant.
