I am not a doctor but recommend getting a sextoy and some lubricant. Work masturbation into your daily routine to allow your vagina to expand gradually to accept larger toys or an erect penis. I would buy a small dildo designed for anal penetration to use on your vagina since by the sounds of it may be too tight for a typical sized vibrator or dildo.
