I have a red nose most of the time! Especially when I get cold but very red when I get hot!! It is always red and to touch it is usually cold even when I'm not cold or very hot!! And it is not dry skin because I have very oily skin!! I've seen some things about rhinophyma but most people with this have dry skin could mine be different?
