i have a small piece of almond in my left tonsil its very small but i can see it as well as can feel it it bugs alot im not sure wat to do %-) im woried
are you sure its almond? - tonsils can release small bits of white/yellow matter that would look the same, particulalry during/after infection.
however, whichever one it is i dont think its anything to worry about - i would recommend gargling with salt water a few times a day. hopefully it will shift on its own, but if its still bothering you consider going to see your gp.
