If you can afford plastic surgery go for it! There are consiences though.......You could turn out like the star carrot top...
A non cosmetic way is...
Use a lip plumper just on your top lip....It will even out your lips a lot more...If your a girl....(can't tell by name)
Take a really shiny lip gloss and apply on lips...Makes them appear way bigger
