For the past 3 weeks or so I have felt so nauseous that I don't eat. Then I will force food down because I know that I need to eat something. After I finally eat I feel a little better, but it is painful to get myself to eat and the nausea just returns after a few hours. (I made myself food on 3 separate occasions today and just couldn't bring myself to have any)

I took a pregnancy test, but it was negative. I screwed up my birth control pill so I hadn't had my period for like 5 weeks because I had to start a new pack, but it is just starting. The cramps that I had were terrible. I thought, though, that the beginning of my period would mean the end of my nausea, but i was wrong...maybe it will start to go away as I get further into my period (I finished the last active pill last night and it just now started lightly)

Also, I have been this wierd tingling feeling. I have had a lot of Urinary Tract Infections, and it feels like the beginning of a UTI, but this has been going on for several days and the UTI never happens (I mean the severe UTI symptoms.) I feel like I have been urinating a lot more lately. I also have been slightly constipated.

Any ideas about what might be going on? Do you think it might just be my obviously built up period?
I don't have any idea about what might be going on. However, I suggest that you take over the counter anti-nausea medication so that you can start eating properly again. When you start getting the proper nutrition, your body will feel better and many of the strange symptoms you are now experiencing may simply go away without further treatment. Also, you can treat a mild case of UTI by drinking cranberry juice. If all else fail, you can always go see a doctor.
