My teenager gets up early (6:45 am) for school and complains about being nauseated and gagging in the mornings. She doesn't do drugs, non-smoking, not pregnant. Gets slightly less than adequate sleep. I wonder if it's a lack of iron or other nutrients. I want to try to see if it gets better with more sleep, more iron/liquid vitamins/minerals, before seeing a doc. Any other advice?
How about doing a home pregnancy test! How would you know your teen is not pregnant? Many teens nowadays do things behind their parent's back.

HI there, while it is possible that your daughter could be pregnant, I have often suffered from sickness in the morning and I"m a man. It's often due to needing food, if that makes any sense. What do you think? Does that sound likely?
