My legs need toned, but above and on the inside the area around my knees are the worst. Is there an exercises specifically targeted to tone that area? thanks

It has been a while since your last visit so I am just wondering have you resolve your problem? In case you haven't I would recommend Yoga as a great way to tone up your legs. Yoga is great for your body and your mind and for sure you are going to feel better after trying something new. You can find some great guidelines on this site. But if this is not your thing you can try riding a bike or rollerblades. This is a great way to have fun and to work on your quadriceps. And one more great thing about riding a bike or rollerblades is that you don't have to do it by yourself but instead you can ask some of your friends or partner to join.
