Hi everyone, first time on this site. I have for the past 3 weeks been in constant pain with headaches, and have been off work for last 2. Recently went to my gp, informed them of symptoms, full blood test given, discovered i had high colestral only. They have put on my sick note I have been off due to ACUTE SINUSITIS ! They examined my head/face putting pressure on certain areas, asked if I feel dizzy if I bend down then stand/sit upright, if my nose was blocked, and only thing that hurt was when they applied pressure to top of head. Don't understand why they have therefor put this as a diagnosis on sick note. Just gave me 2 weeks antibiotics + medication for the colestral. Still in pain constantly every day, feel constantly sick. Don't know what to do.[/url]
It sounds to me like you definitely have a sinus infection. How has your head been feeling? Has it started to clear up for you? Let me know how you're doing okay?
